Turn off Pop-Up Blockers

This is a major point of frustration for users.  Please turn off pop-up blockers for our sites.  Yes, we know that you are concerned about this, but we don't put up spamming windows here and the only pop-ups used are for ease of navigation, downloading, or bringing up an external website not related to us directly so you will have easy navigation back here by simply closing the new web window.  If you do not turn off your pop-up blockers, you may not be able to download documents or browse to linked sites successfully.

Accept Security Warnings

If you get security certificate warnings on our site, please accept the warning as being okay and continue in.  We do not spam, nor do we collect any more information about a visitor than is necessary.  Please see our privacy policy statement pages (link at bottom) if you have any questions.  We do track individual computer addresses for statistical purposes only, anything other than that must be provided voluntarily by you.

Bulk Mail / Junk Mail / Spam Mail Filters

Did you want to be on our mailing lists, or try to communicate with one of us at our email addresses, and not get a reply?  Could be that you are accidentally having email filtered off into your "bulk mail", "junk mail", or "spam" filter inbox or even directly into the trash because of either a settings issue, or accidentally flagging mail from us as spam, or some other cause.  To help prevent and solve problems, check that you have add us to your "Safe Senders" list in email programs to avoid notices being filtered into your junk or bulk email address lists.  You will have to check your individual email program to do this properly for each one.  You can add our entire domain (stl3.com) in some programs to blanket accept email from us, which is easiest, or you can add individual addresses as required.  If you have questions about this, please feel free to email the webmaster (click here to send mail now) with your specific questions or problems.
