Notice about meal packages:   While we are NOT offering meal packages as part of registration, the hotel does have a restaurant, and there are many other great places nearby that you can go to for everything from breakfast to fine dining that are very convenient to the hotel.

Notice about smoking rooms:  As many of you have probably already experienced, many hotels are going to a complete non-smoking environment across the country, providing designated smoking areas instead of having actual smoking rooms.   The policies of more and more hotel chains nationwide, whether for good or bad, is going to this, often as a method to reduce bottom line costs for maintenance and housekeeping.
